Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
