Do you hold all jerseys in stock?

While we hold some stock we do not hold all stock that is shown on our site.  We use a network of suppliers and manufacturers to supply the jerseys in our catalogue and that is what contributes to the 2-4 week turn around.

How long does it take to get my order?

Approximate Delivery 14-18 Business Days(Except NT & Far North QLD) - Please add 7-10 Business Days.International Delivery times will vary depending on the country

Are your jerseys licenced?

Yes, we offer licensed jerseys. From time to time, we also release a range of unlicensed jerseys that are designed as generic options for countries, states, or events.

Where do you deliver to?

All orders can be shipped Australia wide and internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping Australia wide, international shipping please add additional costs.

What if I want a different coloured name or number?

Please contact us with any special request.

Are your numbers the same as the authentic ones used on the real player’s jerseys?

Some of the numbers are exactly the same as the authentic ones, however in a number of cases this is not possible due to rules set by the teams or manufacturers. In those cases we match the numbers as close as we can.

What Characters can I use on my order?

You can use the traditional alphabet of A-Z for names and digits 0-9 for numbers. We can also provide the following characters . , ‘ – in names only.

We do not accept emojis or other characters outside of those listed.

Any order that has had those characters added are removed from final production.

How many letters or characters can I have on my item?

You can add a Maximum of 20 Characters

Can I do uppercase and lowercase letters?

We only offer uppercase letters.  All orders will be produced with uppercase lettering.

How are the numbers and names put on the jersey?

Numbers and names are heat sealed onto jerseys.

Do you embroider names and numbers onto jerseys?

No, we only heat seal numbers and names.

Do you offer a Rush Service?

Can I return my jersey?

Returns are only excepted for non personalised jerseys that maybe defective, as it's stated in the original listing that no personalised jerseys can be returned, also please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds or except returns for change of mind, late delivery or that are used/damaged. If there is any issues with your jersey please contact us via email.

Do you have a Customer Support Service?

We do have a customer support service.  You can reach us at hello@sportsjerseysoutlet.com with any queries. We contact all customers via email so all parties have a clear communication as to what is going on.

Where are you based?

As an online outlet based business in Australia. We don't have a physical location as so we do not offer a pickup service.

What is the Estimated Shipping Date?

The Estimated Shipping Date on each product refers to a date range in which we expect to be able to complete the order and send it.  It does not reference delivery dates as we have no control over the postal or courier system.

Can I get Express Post?

We do not offer express post options at the checkout as this does not speed up the time it takes to prepare the jersey. For faster delivery of the order please contact us to see if a RUSH service is available for your chosen product.

I didn't get an order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automaticaly sent out as soon as you successfully place your order.  Please check your Spam and Junk folders as on occasions they can get caught in there.
